Short answer: no. Long answer: Recruiters have a very well defined workflow between the CMS, LinkedIn, online calls, and email, and tools that don't integrate with this workflow don't get used. Therefore, Two Dot is embedded directly into the all of these tools to track and optimise the marketing efforts throughout the recruiter workflow without any additional overhead. Marketers access the data we collect on our web app, but your recruiters do not have to do anything extra for your agency to effectively use Two Dot.

Yes, you can! Our software immediately gets to work attributing marketing material that your consultants have sent through email. If your previous calls are recorded, you can batch upload them to our platform to be processed and analysed.

Yes, up to a point. We use AI matching to connect any given piece of content to what is stored in your sharepoint or google drive. This AI matching gives us a confidence score between 0% and 100%. If no changes are made, we can be 100% confident that it is the same file. This confidence value drops as more changes are made. Anything above a threshold value, that you set, is associated with the original marketing material.

We are aware that integrating any external software presents novel business and data protection risks. Therefore, we have designed our platform and license agreement with specific security measures in mind. Minimised Data Access: Two Dot's platform retrieves the least possible amount of data that we need and only stores it if absolutely necessary. Physically Separate Processing: All data related to your agency is processed separately to our other customers and is all stored on encrypted hard drives. Non-Disclosure Agreement: In our license agreement, we include a non-disclosure agreement to legally prevent Two Dot from sharing data with third parties. Encrypted Access Keys: We encrypt all access keys that our software uses to connect to your infrastructure.This prevents any malicious use of these access keys.
