About the team

The marketing team at Two Dot is at the heart of how we engage our target accounts - our M.O is using marketing as an excuse to reach out and stay engaged, even post sale. This means that we create content, campaigns, and messaging that capture the attention of high-value businesses and move them through the account journey. Working closely with the BDR and sales teams, we design multi-channel ABM plays, tailor communications to each account, and ensure every interaction is meaningful and personalised to help scale a repeatable, account-driven growth engine.

About the role

We're hiring a senior marketing executive to own content and campaigns that drive engagement with our target accounts. You'll work closely with the founder and BDRs to craft messaging, create personalised content, and run multi-channel ABM campaigns that turn high-value accounts into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals.

This is a hands-on marketing role. You'll be creating, executing, and iterating on campaigns yourself - working directly with the founder - alongside managing others.

We're looking for people who have
  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in account-based marketing or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience creating content for target accounts, including emails, LinkedIn posts, blogs, sales collateral, and campaigns
  • Comfortable managing multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, social, ads, events, webinars)
  • Experience working closely with SDR/BDR or sales teams
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and design sense
  • Experience measuring account-level engagement and pipeline influence
  • Comfort in early-stage environments, wearing many hats and executing end-to-end

Bonus

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B services
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms or intent data tools

This role is based in London, UK. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and don't currently offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop account-specific content for our ICP and key target accounts
  • Plan and execute ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, digital ads, and events
  • Collaborate with BDRs to craft personalised outreach sequences
  • Measure engagement at the account level and optimise campaigns accordingly
  • Build a small content library and campaign playbooks for the GTM team
  • Continuously test messaging, creative, and channels to improve conversion

Over time, you may:

  • Take ownership of ABM strategy and campaign planning
  • Scale content operations, bringing in additional marketers or designers

Compensation

£70K-80K + revenue-based yearly bonus + equity.
